elected Arnauld Demoulin as their new Chief Executive Officer

Demoulin succeeds Inge Plochaet, who as Board Member took up the role
of CEO ad interim in September 2016. Before his new role, he has
spent 15 years at Ontex, a leading international producer of personal
hygiene solutions. Since 2006 Arnauld has led 3 different divisions
of the Group between 2006-2009, 2010-2013 and 2013-today. In his last
assignment he was responsible for the largest division and in charge
of 2,800 people in 7 factories, leading sales, manufacturing, supply
chain and finance. Before Ontex, Arnauld took on various commercial
roles within the FMCG industry.
