The new filler adopts the technology of high-precision electronic flow-meters to fill, at a fully controlled temperature, high viscosity cosmetic products (40000 cps), such as creams.

Even during technical stops, this machine can keep the temperature under control and re-start without technical downtimes and without wasting time or product. Flow-meters release a defined amount of product with extreme accuracy. The machine is suitable for high volume production.

filling and capping body care products (such as shower gel, shampoo, cream) as well as household products (detergents).
