At Cosmoprof, Rieke Dispensing will showcase a variety of solutions for the effective dispensing of personal care, beauty and spa products, including examples from its Foamer, Airless and Lotion Pump ranges. 

With product formulations in the personal care sector becoming increasingly sophisticated and competition for shelf space ever more acute, Rieke’s development work has focused on creating a selection of dispensers, which are capable of meeting different product requirements and can be personalised to specific branding objectives.

Rieke’s expanded Airless range now comprises 14 pack sizes from 15g to 1kg, with dose options from 0.25ml to 4ml, meaning the company offers the broadest range of airless dispensers in the world.  The wide choice of sizes also provides opportunities for the creation of family ranges.

The Airless range is designed to handle products of different viscosities, including creams, lotions and gels.

Two modern-looking designs – slim-line and wide-bore – are offered, with the smaller sizes up to 100ml ideal for travel packs that meet security requirements for aircraft hand luggage.  The dispensers are available in natural, transparent and colour combinations with a variety of decoration options, enabling them to create differentiation and shelf stand-out for individual brands. 

Airless HVDS dispensers are able to handle products that have a very high viscosity and are therefore extremely difficult to dispense effectively.   Rieke says Airless HVDS can achieve 98% product evacuation, offering important cost savings for both manufacturers and consumers

The finger operated and palm operated Foamers, which produce foam without the use of traditional aerosol technology, have also been designed to combine practicality and ease of use with on-shelf impact.

The stylish, modern-looking designs can be complemented by a range of customisation options, including different colours and materials (such as a soft-touch effect) for the button and nozzle, to allow effective branding.

Rieke offer a range of both up-lock and down-lock shippable lotion pumps suitable for a variety of Personal Care applications from Hand Soap to Creams and Lotions.  Rieke’s lotion pumps are available in a range of head designs with different doses from 1ml to 5ml and can handle lotions and gels of different viscosities as well as formulations containing particulates.  A variety of customising options are also available to maximise brand identity and on-shelf appeal.
