WorldPressOnline First Call - With its CONCEPT 329, Machines Dubuit raises the quality standards of screen printing decoration on cosmetic bottles and proposes a new range of machines meeting the needs of all types of applications.

The differentiation of the cosmetic bottles by complex forms and high quality elaborated decorations is a must today. Moreover, the cosmetics brands have to manage growing constraints linked to the realization of increasingly small series and the permanent optimization of the production costs. In order to help its clients to meet these market requirements, Machines Dubuit developed CONCEPT 329, a range of three machines adapted to various types of applications:, impression on small glass bottles with UV inks and/or enamel and impression on plastic containers with UV ink.
Designed to offer optimal flexibility, these new machines are completely numerical (servo-motors) and allow screen printing decorations without discontinuity on bottles with the most various shapes (cylindrical, oval, irregular parallelepipeds, half-moon, polygons, etc).

Controlled by servo-motor, the printing head can print indifferently across (transverse) or bottom to top (longitudinal) of the object, so as to fit to the decor or to the shape of the bottle.
In addition, the CONCEPT 329 machines have been designed to reduce change of production times, thanks to their many functionalities: unlimited storage of object programs, entire definition of parameters via touch screen, intuitive interface (Windows environment), memorization of all production parameters, SMED (Single Minute Exchange Device) for rapid chuck change-over without tools by cone.

Operations of loading, registration, cleaning, UV drying and unloading, are simultaneously performed in masked time during printing cycle, thus allowing high outputs up to 4000 objects/h.
The 329 machines are suitable for up to 2 colors with high precision between colors.
