Geographic expansion

During the last decade Coster has been strengthening and consolidating its position in the market, establishing new production facilities in Argentina (1998), Malaysia (2000), the United States (2003) and India (2008).

Product innovations

Coster invests significant resources in its R&D activity, focusing on the manufacturing of new dispensing solutions to offer a wide variety of new standard actuators (as 1800 series, Twist®, Orbit®, Crystal®, Sfera®) and a number of different customized special actuators and spray caps, like Garnier Deo Mineral™, Unilever Axe™, Gillette Deo 3X™, etc.

Coster also develops special spraying system applications for food & beverage industry.

Sustainability

Coster Bag-On-Valves can use air as a propellant, in order to avoid the use of liquid gases, contributing to a safer and cleaner environment. Coster has strengthened its position in the dual-compartment valve system market. Two facilities, in Italy and the USA, have been fully dedicated to this production.

Targets

Latest challenge for Coster is the Pharma market. Coster implemented an ISO 8 Clean Room, where pharmaceutical components are manufactured.

A variety of MDI valves, other valves, pumps and special inhalers are available; offer will be expanded in the near future. Also, Coster is a leading worldwide manufacturer of filling machines for standard aerosol products and special applications (BOV and pharmaceutical products).
